About The Position

Join the team as a Machine Operator producing upcycled rubber products from recycled materials. The role involves operating mixing equipment and contributing to the production of high-performance rubber products in support of a more sustainable future. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with overtime opportunities. Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

The work takes place in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. The role requires comfort working in an industrial environment, prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 pounds. PPE is provided. The employer offers a supportive, collaborative team environment and regular training and cross-training programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Physical capability to handle materials weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Team-player mindset.
• Comfort working in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy industrial environment.
• Ability to perform prolonged standing and repetitive movements, and lift up to 60 pounds.
