About The Position

The Systems Operator leads production of upcycled rubber products made from recycled materials. The role uses mixing equipment and precise measurements to produce quality products, supports a safety-first culture, and may train team members. Work takes place in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 4:00 AM, on second shift. Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities. PPE is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Physical capability to handle materials weighing up to 55 lbs.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Team-player mindset.
• Comfort working in an industrial environment with heat, dust, and noise.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive movements, and lift up to 60 lbs.

• Forklift or skid steer experience.
