About The Position

At 360 Tire Group, an Ecore company, Systems Operators help transform reclaimed rubber into innovative performance surfaces. The role leads production of upcycled rubber products, operates mixing equipment, and helps ensure product quality through precise measurements. Operators contribute to a safety-first production environment and may train other team members.

The position is based at 4932 I-30 West Frontage Road, Caddo Mills, Texas. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 4:00 AM, on second shift. The listed pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. The work takes place in a high-heat, dusty, noisy industrial manufacturing setting, with prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting. Personal protective equipment is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to handle materials weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Comfort working in an industrial environment with high heat, dust, and noise.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive movements, and lift up to 60 pounds.
