About The Position
The Systems Operator leads production of upcycled rubber products, operates mixing equipment, and ensures product quality through precise measurements. The role supports a safety-first culture and includes training team members. Work takes place in a high-heat, dusty, noisy industrial manufacturing environment, with prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs. PPE is provided. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, on the first shift.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Physical capability to handle materials weighing up to 55 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Team-player mindset.
- Comfort working in an industrial environment.
