IT - Systems Operator
About The Position
The Systems Operator will be responsible for supporting AS/400 and all attached hardware, assisting computer users with hardware and software problems, and supporting the operations of the MICROS Point of Sale Computer System. This role also involves monitoring all telecommunications and being responsible for all computer system's data backup processing, as well as running scheduled reports. The work environment is generally moderate in noise level and may involve occasional exposure to outside weather conditions. Employees must be able to work in a smoking environment. Requirements
- Experience supporting AS/400 and attached hardware.
- Experience assisting computer users with hardware and software problems.
- Experience supporting MICROS Point of Sale Computer System.
- Experience monitoring telecommunications.
- Experience with computer system data backup processing.
- Ability to run scheduled reports.
