About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Systems & Network Administrator for an active RFP opportunity: RFP - Information Technology Services. This role involves providing IT services for the Town of Cathlamet, covering managed IT, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, network support, backups, and strategic technology planning for municipal locations. The core responsibilities include supporting systems, networks, endpoints, backups, patching, monitoring, and technical operations. The administrator will also review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadlines, and client requirements, coordinating with FuntoNetwork and other consultants to ensure a professional response. Preparation of documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to the role, as well as clear communication with stakeholders, and support for quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
