Requirements

• Enterprise network and server administration experience
• Expertise with TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and switching
• Microsoft 365 and Active Directory experience
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience supporting end users and remote environments
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Nice To Haves

• Cisco CCNA or equivalent experience
• CCNP or advanced networking certifications
• Microsoft infrastructure or cloud certifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain company servers and infrastructure services
• Monitor and support WAN, LAN, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity
• Troubleshoot network, server, and communication system issues
• Implement infrastructure updates, patches, and upgrades
• Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and inventories
• Support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable operations
