About The Position
The Systems Manager leads a high-performing team of Systems Specialists, Technical Specialists, and developers responsible for delivering enterprise-scale business solutions across the BSD Shared Services Human Resource portfolio. This role oversees the planning, development, implementation, and integration of shared services applications, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity standards while driving operational efficiency and business value. The position also supports application roadmap development, lifecycle planning, and compliance with Enterprise Technology & Security (ETS) policies and standards. Working closely with Application Managed Services, vendors, and operational support teams, the Systems Manager ensures smooth transition of applications into steady-state support while providing strategic direction, governance, and continuous improvement for Shared Services systems and capabilities.
