About The Position

SAIC is seeking a mission-driven Systems Integrator to support a customer project. The role coordinates data transfers, manages stakeholder requests across multiple networks, and maintains historical knowledge of the program. The Systems Integrator also supports program personnel and stakeholders and helps ensure data and documentation are accurate, complete, and timely.

Requirements

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 or more years of experience; additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Strong organizational, written, and communication skills.
• Experience managing data transfers and coordinating requests across multiple systems for multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data transfers between multiple systems and stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely transfer.
• Manage requests across multiple systems, including tracking and reporting their status.
• Maintain historical program knowledge, including documentation of decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, complete, and timely.
• Manage business-process documentation, including notes and configuration management systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other tools to track and manage data and requests.
• Support program personnel and stakeholders by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
