About The Position

SAIC is seeking a mission-driven System Integrator to support a customer project. The role coordinates data transfers, manages stakeholder requests across multiple networks, and maintains historical program knowledge. It requires strong organizational and communication skills and experience managing data transfers and coordinating requests across multiple systems.

Requirements

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
• Strong organizational, written, and communication skills.
• Experience managing data transfers and coordinating requests across multiple systems for multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data transfers between multiple systems and stakeholders, ensuring information is transferred accurately and on time.
• Manage requests across multiple systems, including tracking and reporting their status.
• Maintain historical program knowledge, including documentation of decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, complete, and timely.
• Manage business-process documentation, including notes and configuration management systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other tools to track and manage data and requests.
• Support program personnel and stakeholders by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
