About The Position

SAIC is seeking a mission-driven Systems Integrator to support a high-impact customer project. The role coordinates data transfers and stakeholder requests across multiple systems and networks, while maintaining historical knowledge and documentation of the program. The Systems Integrator collaborates with stakeholders and program personnel to ensure data and requests are handled accurately, completely, and on time.

Requirements

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience; additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Strong organizational, written, and communication skills.
• Experience managing data transfers and coordinating requests across multiple systems for multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the accurate and timely transfer of data between multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Manage requests across multiple systems, including tracking and reporting request status.
• Maintain historical program knowledge, including documentation of decisions, actions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, complete, and timely.
• Manage documentation of business processes, including notes and configuration management systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other tools to track and manage data and requests.
• Support program personnel and stakeholders by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
