About The Position

Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for integrating and testing in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems, and systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions while accounting for technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards; resolves hardware/software interface problems; defines input/output parameters; and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates, and derives requirements for testability, and develops and directs the preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and subsystems. Coordinates testing activities with programs and other organizations. Analyzes test results and prepares subsystem- or system-level evaluation reports to verify and validate performance. Writes discrepancy reports and conducts integration regression testing to verify and validate fixes to software, components, subsystems, and systems. The position starts at the Chelmsford facility and moves to the Andover facility in January 2027. It is an onsite, full-time contract position with a 4/10 work week on first shift. The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance.
