About The Position

PSCI is seeking a full-time risk and opportunity manager with a Systems Requirements and Architecture background. The position owns the program risk management database and interfaces with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and program leads to keep it up to date. The role supports Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control headquarters in Grand Prairie, Texas. It is a contract position with a 4/10 Flex work schedule; the worker teleworks less than 50%, with two days onsite and two days working remotely, and must be available to come onsite when needed. The position is 1st shift and requires willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and hold an active Secret clearance or be able to obtain one. The listed pay rate is $78.80 per hour, and the contract duration is 10/26/2026–10/22/2027.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering (Undeclared), Mechanical Engineering, or another STEM field.
• Experience managing risk and opportunity.
• At least 3 years of working experience in DOORS.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Cameo.
• Familiarity with system design concepts and tradeoffs.
• Willingness to work onsite in a classified lab environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
