About The Position

Falcata is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama, to lead multidisciplinary technical teams developing and producing RF sensors for precision weapons and electronic warfare applications. The role requires technical and programmatic expertise with RF technologies such as proximity and height-of-burst sensors, unmanned RF payloads, and seeker sensors, across development and manufacturing for missile, rocket, electronic warfare, and gun-launched munition platforms. The engineer will guide products through the full development and deployment lifecycle, accounting for changing requirements, hardware, software, and mechanical integration dependencies, field testing, and configuration management. Working closely with customers, program management, product management, production, and engineering teams, the engineer will deliver mission-focused solutions that can be manufactured and sustained. The position also supports embedded system and subsystem development, laboratory and field evaluation, data analysis, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
