About The Position

Ford Motor Company’s Advanced Industrial Technology and Platforms (ATP) organization is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Manager for the Sight Vertical. ATP advances manufacturing technology and capabilities, while the Sight Vertical develops AI/ML anomaly-detection products that convert image and parametric data into manufacturing intelligence. Products include Sight.Scout, Sight.IQ, Sense.Machine, and future launches. Reporting to the Sight Vertical Lead, this manager owns end-to-end deployment of Sight products into Ford manufacturing plants worldwide. The role connects product development with plant operations: working with product teams early to shape integration requirements, then establishing plant-readiness, testing, validation, and deployment plans designed to make deployments predictable, repeatable, and scalable. The manager leads and coaches Systems Integration Engineers and governs integration strategy, standards, and documentation across the Sight portfolio. The position is hybrid and requires onsite work four or more days per week. It is leadership level 6, with a listed salary range of $132,800–$250,800. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Develop deployment plans, timelines, and resource models, coordinating internal engineers, plant teams, and third-party suppliers.
  • Define and lead systems integration test strategies, validation protocols, and acceptance criteria for product performance on the plant floor.
  • Work with plant Advanced Innovation SPOCs and key plant customers to support smooth deployments, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate deployment activities with third-party suppliers, TDM, GME, and Core Controls, aligning partners to standards, processes, and timelines.
  • Lead and coach Systems Integration Engineers responsible for product deployments at specific plants, promoting consistency and knowledge-sharing.
  • Manage products through TRL/MRL/IRL readiness gates and ensure solutions reach Factory Ready (MRL 9) status before scaling.
