About The Position

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are seeking a Systems Implementation Coordinator to support, maintain, and optimize the information and operational systems used across our group of companies. Reporting to the System Implementation Specialist, this role plays a key part in ensuring system reliability, effective data management, and the successful implementation of new technologies aligned with business objectives. This position provides hands-on technical support, manages system access and workflows, monitors performance, and delivers training to users across operations, accounting, and field teams.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience supporting enterprise software systems and users
  • Strong understanding of data collection, validation, and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Experience developing training materials and documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, aggregates, or heavy civil industries
  • Familiarity with accounting and operational workflow systems
  • Experience with system customization, reporting tools, or dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support core systems, including Nektar, Eclipse, and other operational platforms
  • Support KPI data collection, validation, and reporting
  • Monitor company assets using Geotab and other telematics systems
  • Support field and plant teams with system monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to employees across departments
  • Develop and maintain training materials and reference documentation
  • Maintain accurate system records and documentation
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as required
