About The Position

Park Paving Ltd. has been locally owned and operated for over 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are seeking a Systems Implementation Coordinator to support, maintain, and optimize the information and operational systems used across our group of companies. Reporting to the System Implementation Specialist, this role plays a key part in ensuring system reliability, effective data management, and the successful implementation of new technologies aligned with business objectives. This position provides hands-on technical support, manages system access and workflows, monitors performance, and delivers training to users across operations, accounting, and field teams.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Experience supporting enterprise software systems and users
Strong understanding of data collection, validation, and reporting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
Experience developing training materials and documentation
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction, aggregates, or heavy civil industries
Familiarity with accounting and operational workflow systems
Experience with system customization, reporting tools, or dashboards

Responsibilities

Administer and support core systems, including Nektar, Eclipse, and other operational platforms
Support KPI data collection, validation, and reporting
Monitor company assets using Geotab and other telematics systems
Support field and plant teams with system monitoring and troubleshooting
Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Deliver training and ongoing support to employees across departments
Develop and maintain training materials and reference documentation
Maintain accurate system records and documentation
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other related duties as required
