About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Coordinator Enterprise to lead and manage end-to-end customer installation projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll oversee every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and continuous performance tracking.

Requirements

Lead projects from kickoff to completion, including timelines, scope, scheduling, and coordination with internal/external teams.
Maintain project plans aligned with service designs and contractual commitments.
Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the project.
Clearly communicate milestones, progress, and any dependencies or changes.
Represent the "Voice of the Customer" internally.
Track and report key delivery metrics and milestones.
Support Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) with relevant data.
Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project health and forecasts.
Monitor and manage project budgets.
Forecast and address any financial gaps, collaborating with relevant teams.
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, Procurement, and Field Ops.
Ensure smooth handoffs and project alignment across departments.
Valid Driver’s License
