About The Position

This role manages the systems experience to support enterprise strategy by applying subject matter expertise to program and system initiatives. It involves planning for scalability, sustainability, and future development of critical technical platforms serving the business. The role leads cross-functional issue resolution and problem management impacting multiple lines of business and applications. Success is measured by effective system management, issue resolution, and alignment with business objectives. The work impacts organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction through system design, implementation, and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 2-4 years - Wireless experience, within or supporting Care or Retail.
  • 2-4 years - Analysis or systems production support experience.
  • Less than 2 years - People leadership or business process management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Delivery methods and procedures.
  • Experience with software application development or support.
  • Problem Solving (Required)
  • Microsoft Office (Required)
  • Microsoft Visio (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the systems experience throughout project and production lifecycle to ensure effective implementation and ongoing support
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex system issues impacting multiple business areas
  • Communicate progress and system issues to leadership and stakeholders to maintain alignment with strategy
  • Lead initiatives to improve systems, user experience, procedures, and customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate and contribute to the design of strategic solutions and architectural improvements for systems
  • Create and approve technical documentation including process documents, impact assessments, and support procedures
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
