Systems Engineering Tools and Process Assurance Manager
About The Position
The Systems Engineering organization within the Honeywell Aerospace Engines and Power Systems (E&PS) business has a need for an Engineering Manager to lead development and process assurance of systems engineering tools and processes. As the product development lifecycle becomes increasingly complete, digital engineering solutions are needed to transform the business into a digital first, model-based enterprise. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers to develop, maintain, and enforce governance of systems engineering tools and processes. The manager will lead the team to develop cross-domain tool solutions to connect MBSE, requirements, project management, and domain specific physics analyses into a digitally threaded ecosystem, with a particular focus on requirements management, lifecycle management, digital thread, and configuration management tools and processes. Critical capabilities include leadership, project management, configuration management, development assurance, and tool development.
