About The Position

RTX is seeking qualified and eager interns to become an integral part of their work in designing, analyzing, and prototyping innovative multi-domain system architectures. Interns will contribute to creating new algorithms and paradigms in critical areas such as positioning, navigation and timing, communication and networking, and detection and classification within extremely harsh or hostile environments. This role offers an exceptional foundation to work on complex problems, advance skills, and create a safer, more connected world within the aerospace and defense industry.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline (i.e. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field)
Classroom, project, or prior internship experience in design, simulation, analysis, and/or implementation
Classroom, project, or prior internship experience programming in one or more modern languages (i.e. C, C++, MATLAB, Python, Bash, etc.)
Classroom, project, or prior internship experience working with circuits and components; knowledge of how to safely solder components and use electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and analyzers
