Our Mission Systems Airborne and Ground Communication Products Department is seeking a Systems Engineering Intern to join our team.  As a member of our team, you will design and develop military products ensuring safe and protected communication. What You Will Do: Collaborate with a dedicated, high-performing team driving the development of airborne and ground communication products, delivering secure, mission-critical solutions to our customers. Contribute to all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle, including trade studies, system architecture, requirements definition and allocation, traceability, integration, verification, and qualification. Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful execution of key program milestones. Contribute to technical strategy and solution development. Perform daily tasks in a classified and controlled lab environment. What You will Learn: You will gain Systems Engineering Requirements, Integration, Validation and Verification skills. Requirements

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies as well as the scrum master and product owner roles.
• Experience with the systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, and verification/validation, and transition to production.
• Experience with tools such as MATLAB or Python.
