Requirements

Bachelors degree in an Engineering or closely related field
Demonstrate a working knowledge of standard systems engineering processes and lifecycle milestone reviews
Experience in Spacecraft design or operations
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Experience with Customer relations and familiarity with government program execution process
Experience with Team Leadership

Responsibilities

Manage some of the systems engineering team for Bravo portfolio
Provide oversight and support to critical program engineering skill development
Perform staffing and performance responsibilities; in coordination with HR and established processes
Establish, manage, and communicate team expectations, goals, roles, responsibilities, and objectives
Support technical planning, system integration, validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems
