About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Systems Engineering and Integration Lead for an upcoming project opportunity: Agile Professional Services. This role involves executing the Systems Engineering and Integration Lead scope, ensuring traceability to Army performance requirements, security and clearance gates, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance evidence. The lead will confirm existing conditions, stakeholder needs, governing criteria, interfaces, constraints, and acceptance requirements for the work package. Responsibilities include producing necessary calculations, architecture or design basis, drawings, specifications, schedules, estimates, and technical decision records for review. The role also entails resolving interdisciplinary reviews, constructability or implementation comments, RFIs, substitutions, and approved design changes. Support for implementation testing and commissioning, reconciling final comments, and delivering approved record documents and technical handoff materials are also key. The lead must trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. Reviewing official solicitation materials and addenda, documenting assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions is crucial. The role requires preparing role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordination with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams, as well as maintaining status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records, and escalating blockers are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience performing Systems Engineering and Integration Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

Execute the Systems Engineering and Integration Lead scope for Agile Professional Services.
Deliver the Systems Engineering and Integration Lead workstream with traceability to the Army performance requirements, security and clearance gates, deliverables, schedule, and acceptance evidence.
Confirm existing conditions, stakeholder needs, governing criteria, interfaces, constraints, and acceptance requirements for the work package.
Produce the calculations, architecture or design basis, drawings, specifications, schedules, estimates, and technical decision records required for review.
Resolve interdisciplinary reviews, constructability or implementation comments, RFIs, substitutions, and approved design changes.
Support implementation testing and commissioning; reconcile final comments and deliver approved record documents and technical handoff materials.
Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
