About The Position

Wyetech is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the design, documentation, integration, implementation, deployment, and sustainment of mission-critical IT systems and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) platforms. The role develops and maintains technical documentation across the systems engineering lifecycle, including design reviews, engineering drawings, mission transition plans, implementation documentation, and sustainment procedures. It supports new system deployments and upgrades to existing infrastructure at FS sites. The position works with communications technologies, virtualization, systems architecture, network infrastructure, and enterprise IT environments. The Systems Engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to design, configure, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain systems according to mission requirements. The work includes integrating physical and virtual infrastructure; supporting Linux and Windows systems; installing and troubleshooting network and data processing equipment; and applying cloud computing concepts to infrastructure design and modernization. The role also coordinates engineering activities and documentation with technical stakeholders and Government representatives. It uses Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Visio, and Adobe tools. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, and must maintain applicable clearance and program access requirements. The position may require supporting deployment, integration, and upgrade activities at designated FS sites. Wyetech describes its culture as focused on solving real-world problems for federal government customers. Compensation is listed at $100.30–$126.76 per hour; actual compensation may vary based on contract rates, education, experience, skills, certifications, and location.
