About The Position

TSTC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, and sustainment of complex C4ISR and information warfare systems. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to guide multidisciplinary engineering teams. Experience working with geospatial systems is required.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience, with demonstrated systems engineering leadership
  • Experience with geospatial systems, geospatial data standards, or related mission applications
  • Knowledge of requirements management tools, modeling approaches, and systems engineering methodologies
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Skilled in MS office Suite
  • Works independently, proactively identifies, and completes task
  • Excellent verbal and written skill
  • Applicants selected must be a U.S. Citizen and currently hold a Top Secret security clearance.

  • Experience working with geospatial systems is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead systems engineering activities across the full development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture development, integration, test, deployment, and sustainment.
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain system architectures, interface specifications, and technical documentation for enterprise-level systems.
  • Perform requirements decomposition, traceability, and verification planning in accordance with DoD and Navy systems engineering practices.
  • Coordinate with software, hardware, cybersecurity, data, and program management teams to ensure cohesive technical solutions.
  • Lead system performance assessments, trade studies, and risk management activities.
  • Guide configuration management and engineering change processes.
  • Prepare high‑quality technical reports, engineering plans, and briefings for both technical and executive‑level audiences.
  • Support field tests, demonstrations, and operational assessments, including geospatial data workflows and mission applications.
