About The Position

As a Model-Based Systems Engineer for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3), you'll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying the next generation of Strategic Weapon Systems using cutting-edge MBSE methodologies and digital engineering practices. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Experience with Systems and Test Engineering.
Experience with Requirements Management.
Experience with Agile Development.
Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including direct hands-on experience with industry-leading MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain SysML models, including behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams.
Experience applying MBSE to architect complex systems, including functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis.
Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards with an MBSE-first mindset.
Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, DOORS Next Generation) and their integration with system models.
Experience working within DoDAF or similar architecture frameworks to support digital engineering initiatives.
Creative thinker who can leverage MBSE models to quickly communicate complex system designs and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity.
