Lockheed Martin is on the front line of global security, operating, maintaining, and sustaining an Integrated Air and Missile Defense system for a key U.S. international defense partner. In this mission‑critical role we assure 24/7 system readiness, enabling our ally to protect its airspace, safeguard lives, and maintain regional stability. As a Network Engineer on this program you will deploy, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and network gear in deployable communication kits. You will monitor LAN/WAN performance, troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and packet‑loss issues, and provide on‑call support for critical events. You will implement core networking technologies (VLANs, OSPF, BGP, GRE tunnels, multicast) and contribute to design reviews, upgrades, and project deployments. You will work closely with other engineers to craft network architectures and execute field installations, which may include travel to remote sites and independent troubleshooting. You will also mentor and guide junior network engineers. A U.S. security clearance (Secret) and U.S. citizenship are required. Position is based at a Lockheed Martin facility in the United Arab Emirates.
