About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Engineer specializing in Server Administration to ensure the security, stability, and optimal performance of our core IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our server environments, focusing on routine server maintenance, infrastructure application support, and comprehensive vulnerability patching to safeguard our systems. As a key member of our IT team, you will also oversee enterprise backup and storage operations, ensuring data integrity and business continuity. Furthermore, you will be tasked with hosting, configuring, and maintaining critical virtual server environments, including IIS and other business-specific services. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation in server ecosystems and a commitment to maintaining a robust, secure and highly available infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in science from an accredited college or university
Four years of related specialty IT experience (e.g., system engineering, network engineering, information security, application programming, systems design, hierarchical/relational database management, GIS experience, custom report writing or developing and supporting cloud-based software integration)
Equivalent combination of education and experience
