About The Position

The Systems Engineer Senior, also known as Server Operations Team Lead, oversees server operations and manages a team within the IT infrastructure. The role plans, implements, and maintains information systems, hardware configurations, and software integrations to support smooth and efficient operations. It is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Requirements

• Three years of experience as a Systems Administrator Senior within the last five years, preferably in a federal government environment.
• A master's degree and at least 10 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience, in IT/Telecommunications requirements.
• Strong technical skills in systems operations, hardware configuration, and software integration.
• Proficiency in device management through Active Directory, scripting, and VMware.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to perform requirements analysis and strategic planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ITIL certification.
• Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, depending on position.
