About The Position

Fantom Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a mission-critical enterprise and its infrastructure-management lifecycle, including automated configuration, continuous patching, and disaster recovery. The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise hybrid infrastructure, network environments, and core storage systems. The engineer will gather client requirements and translate them into system specifications, diagnose root causes and implement solutions, ensure accessibility and cross-platform compatibility, and monitor system health, user metrics, performance, and operational availability. The position also calls for strong technical expertise, mentorship, and process optimization.

Requirements

• Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
• Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience using Linux, Windows, AWS, Azure, PowerShell, Python, security, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Strong technical expertise, including mentorship responsibilities and delivering process optimization.
