About The Position

As a systems engineer for Regional Strike Program, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for various aspects of Systems Engineering including hardware, requirements, and Integration and Test (I&T). We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Systems Engineering, Hardware Troubleshooting, and Integration and Test. What sets you apart: Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical or Power Engineering design and development practices Experience in hands-on testing and verification Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity Experience with MATLAB Simulink Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
  • Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
