About The Position

We are Lockheed Martin. Your responsibilities will include aligning day-to-day execution of F-35 software and hardware to the tactical needs of the enterprise. This will include system integration across multiple F-35 product lines, including electro-optical, Radar, Electronic Warfare, Communication, Navigation, weapons, vehicle systems, and ground systems. You will assure, while managing tactical needs, that the integration of best practices and standardization are being used for release management. You will collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Production, Sustainment, and customers to balance competing demands and deliver optimal solutions. You will also mentor other team members to teach the fundamentals of leading capability release efforts. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant technical discipline
  • Security Clearance with current F-35 SAR clearances
  • Experience in capability and release development on an enduring platform
  • F-35 Mission Systems or Combat Systems Experience
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with engineering at all levels, and also senior leadership, industry partners and the Customer
  • Project Management Experience on large complex programs
  • Must be a US Citizen.

  • Systems Engineering experience across system design, software development, software integration, and flight test.
  • Mission Systems experience on an enduring platform
  • Integrated Master Schedule development experience
  • Software architecture and software build experience
  • Hardware/Software development experience
