Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with AI platforms and chatbot development.

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience in manufacturing, systems engineering, or IT/OT support.
Experience with MES systems, Python, SQL, or scripting languages.
Understanding of industrial data flow or IoT ecosystems.
Lean/Six Sigma experience.
Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, and core manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

Deploy cutting‑edge tools that transform troubleshooting, standardize responses, and increase shop‑floor efficiency.
Strengthen system reliability and improve user experience by working closely with cross‑functional technical teams.
Reduce transaction complexity and streamline workflows so operators can move faster and with fewer clicks.
Lead technical root‑cause investigations and help cross‑plant teams remove barriers to performance.
Enhance visibility to performance losses and accelerate continuous improvement.
Build dashboards that bring clarity to operations and enable real‑time decision making.
