This position is 100% on site in Chandler, AZ.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of professional experience or Master’s Degree with 3 years of professional experience
- Active DoD Secret security clearance is required to start
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Ability to work onsite is required
- Ability to travel, when needed, is required
Nice To Haves
- A strong experienced-based and academic foundation in Systems Engineering fundamentals
- Demonstrated experience in requirements decomposition, validation and verification
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical personnel
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of requirements documentation
- Creating or updating interface control documents (ICDs)
- Contributing to system modeling and simulation activities to assess performance
- Participating in design reviews
- Helping track technical issues
- Supporting test efforts such as test setup, test execution, and pre-test/post-test analysis
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment across subsystems
- Assisting in identifying potential risks
- Ensuring the system meets program specifications and milestones
