About The Position
The Systems Engineer Intern participates in Booz Allen’s competitive, collaborative Summer Games internship program. Interns work in teams in a startup-accelerator-style environment to develop an innovative idea or solution to a complex customer problem, build technical skills, and use Booz Allen products and engagement models. Participants receive mentorship from senior leaders and collaborate on challenge projects. The program culminates in a Challenge Cup competition and presentation to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Experience with programming languages such as .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python in a professional, academic, or internship work environment.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to work in groups.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Scheduled to obtain a bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
