About The Position

RTX is hiring an entry-level Systems Engineer I, Signal Processing, to contribute to the design, development, prototyping, integration, testing, and performance assessment of radar frequency (RF) or Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) algorithms and models. These algorithms support calibration and de-noising of raw sensor data, detection, acquisition, tracking and classification of objects of interest, and sensor fusion. The role is based onsite in Tucson, Arizona. The engineer will work in engineering lab environments to test, verify, and validate RF or EO/IR models and signal-processing algorithm performance against requirements. The position also involves integrating algorithms into tactical system hardware and software, evaluating functionality and impact, preparing documentation, executing plans, analyzing data, verifying requirements, and communicating results to leadership and stakeholders. U.S. citizenship and the required government security clearance are prerequisites described in the posting.

Requirements
