About The Position

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is hiring a full-time Early-Career Electro-Optical (EO) Systems Engineer to join our EO Engineering team. In this role, you will support the integration of advanced EO sensors and imaging systems onto the world’s most sophisticated aircraft. You will work closely with cross-functional engineers to design, test, and field cutting-edge capabilities that enhance situational awareness and mission performance. The position provides hands-on experience, mentorship from senior technical leaders, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on next-generation aerospace sensor technologies. This is an opportunity for college students looking to work on advanced aircraft and be part of the Lockheed Martin Engineering team. This position requires a government security clearance and is located at a facility that requires special access.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Course work and lab experience with design and integration of digital and analog components/systems.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
