About The Position

You will be the Systems Engineer Associate Manager for the Integration and Test team (ADI&T) which is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing testing on a software-intensive systems. The team is also responsible for integration of new capabilities into the lab environment. As the Systems Engineer Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading system‑test planning and execution for vehicle and mission system capabilities, while guiding a multidisciplinary Agile team from concept to delivery.

Requirements

This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Bachelors or Above Degree in Engineering/Technical Discipline
Experience with integration and test processes
Experience with planning, scheduling, and/or leading small teams.

Responsibilities

Lead systems test planning and execution for software‑intensive vehicle and mission systems.
Manage and mentor a cross‑functional Agile team delivering end‑to‑end capabilities.
Collaborate with software developers and subject‑matter experts to diagnose, troubleshoot, and support program goals.
Champion continuous integration and testing innovations to improve delivery speed and quality.
Ensure thorough verification and validation of integrated system solutions.
