Requirements

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
• A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general system engineering experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience.
• A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience.
• A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset

Responsibilities

• Coordinating scheduled-driven, project-level activities across multiple participants (e.g. roles such as Project Director, Program Manager, Test Lead)
• Synthesizing and summarizing complex technical information for a diverse audience
• Working across multiple stakeholders such as government teams, industry vendors, and internal stakeholders; escalating to Government Leads
• Supporting requirements validation activities
• Tracking schedules and anticipating logistical challenges
• Using ticketing systems, collaboration platforms, and dashboard tools
• Identifying gaps, assessing risks, and recommending prioritization of test activities
