Systems Data Analyst Intern
About The Position
Clearpoint Health Network is Canada’s largest trusted provider of independent, multi-disciplinary surgical centres, working in close collaboration with hospitals, insurance providers, provincial and regional health organizations, and workers’ compensation boards. Clearpoint delivers high-quality care across Canada, meeting the needs of patients while alleviating capacity pressure on public health systems. The company is seeking a Supply Chain & Data Management Intern. This role is ideal for a final year data analyst program student or recent business graduate with strong analytical and data management skills. The intern will play a key role in supporting locations already using the Inflow Inventory management system and assisting with preparing, uploading, and maintaining data for IMS implementation for new sites and its integration across other systems.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Supply Chain, Data management, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, data cleaning)
- Strong Power BI skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with team across different locations
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to inventory management systems or ERP platforms
- Familiarity with business operations, procurement, or supply chain environment
- Understanding of Item Master, Pick List, and Vendor Master
Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and validate master data to ensure data accuracy and consistency prior to IMS implementation and system integration
- Upload item master and vendor master data to Inflow IMS
- Provide support for data updates within Inflow IMS and HST Pathways EMR system
- Update Pickl list/Preference cards before uploading to IMS
- Perform data audits to identify discrepancies or missing information
- Develop reports and document training material for key processes
