TRP has a current vacancy for a Systems Construction Manager who will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely execution of all railway systems construction activities on the ECWE project. The role oversees the design constructability review, procurement strategy and documentation, installation, integration, testing support, and commissioning readiness of railway systems delivered by multiple contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with the project requirements, safety standards, quality objectives, and construction schedules. This role leads a multidisciplinary field team (including the OCS, TPSS, S&TCS, COMMS construction managers) and coordinates directly with civil construction managers, trackwork installation crews, and systems subcontractors. The position serves as the primary construction interface between system contractors, design teams, project management and stakeholders ensuring successful coordination of field activities and effective management of construction risks, issues and interfaces. The primary objective is to manage the physical transition from civil handover to systems fit-out, driving safety, schedule, and quality control up to the point of turning a static, built asset over to the Testing & Commissioning team.
