About The Position

The Capital Operations team, within Anduril's Design & Construction organization, is responsible for providing critical support to bring sites to life by creating, maintaining, and executing key operational processes, analytics, and tools. This role focuses on being the product owner of the software platforms that run the Design & Construction organization, starting with the Project Management Information System (PMIS). Responsibilities include standing up projects, evolving the platform's capabilities, managing integrations, and training the Project Management team, with potential to expand to other construction tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience implementing, administering, or owning enterprise project management, project controls, or construction management software (e.g., Oracle Unifier / Primavera, Procore, Kahua, e-Builder, or similar).
  • Hands-on system configuration experience: ability to independently build and modify business processes, workflows, forms, reports, and user permissions.
  • Experience managing software integrations with ERP or financial systems, and a working understanding of how data flows between platforms.
  • A product owner’s mindset: ability to gather requirements from non-technical users, prioritize a roadmap, and translate business needs into system capabilities.
  • Strong training and communication skills: ability to teach users new tools and produce clear documentation.
  • Comfort operating amid ambiguity and driving a platform from implementation through long-term sustainment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time (international travel included).
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, capital projects, or an Owner’s organization (Owner’s Representative, general contractor, or corporate real estate / construction).
  • Experience with advanced manufacturing-related or mission-critical facility projects.
  • Familiarity with construction financial processes: budgets, commitments, change orders, invoices / payment applications, and cost forecasting.
  • Experience with reporting / BI tools and low-code data platforms (e.g., Airtable, Power BI).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Oracle Fusion experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the product owner for the Project Management Information System (PMIS), owning its configuration, roadmap, and day-to-day operation.
  • Configure and roll out new business processes and modules across the platform's functional areas, including portfolio and budget management, contracts and procurement, change orders, invoices and payment applications, document management and submittals, field management, and closeout.
  • Own the backlog by partnering with project managers, construction managers, and project controls to understand pain points and translate them into prioritized system improvements.
  • Stand up individual projects in the system, including initial data entry, project configuration, roles, and templates.
  • Perform system administration tasks such as user provisioning, role-based access, libraries, report configuration, and data integrity across the portfolio.
  • Build and maintain data import templates and lead the collection, import, and validation of project data for new and in-flight projects.
  • Manage integrations between the PMIS and other systems (e.g., ERP, Airtable), ensuring accurate data flow and synchronization.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for project teams and executives to provide a real-time view of budgets, commitments, risks, and status.
  • Train Project Managers and external Owner's Representatives on the system and drive platform adoption.
  • Create and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures, and help resources; run helpdesk/office-hours sessions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user questions, troubleshooting, and escalations.
  • Play an active role in bringing the PMIS from build through go-live and into long-term sustainment, including configuring the system, testing workflows, and supporting rollouts.
  • Establish the ongoing cadence to keep the platform reliable, secure, and continuously improving.
  • Expand remit beyond PMIS to additional construction technology tools, applying product-owner discipline to evaluate, implement, integrate, and drive adoption.
