About The Position

C2O Group is seeking an experienced Systems & Completions Lead to support a major LNG facility project in Southern Louisiana. The Systems & Completions Lead will be responsible for managing the systems completion process from construction through commissioning and startup, ensuring that all systems are properly defined, tracked, tested, documented, and transferred in accordance with project requirements. This role serves as a critical interface between engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure efficient project turnover and operational readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience supporting LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical, industrial, or energy infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems completion, turnover management, commissioning, startup, or operational readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical completion, turnover processes, commissioning workflows, and project execution methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary EPC project environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with systems completion and turnover management software platforms is preferred.
  • LNG project experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale greenfield LNG or energy infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard completion management systems and digital turnover platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and execution of systems completion and turnover strategies for assigned project areas.
  • Manage systemization activities, including system boundary definition, subsystem development, and turnover planning.
  • Oversee completion management processes, including punch list management, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and system handover.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure alignment on project completion objectives.
  • Monitor and report system completion status, turnover readiness, and project progress metrics.
  • Support readiness reviews, risk assessments, issue resolution, and startup planning activities.
  • Ensure completion documentation, turnover packages, and project records are accurate, complete, and compliant with project requirements.
  • Promote adherence to project safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Support the implementation and administration of systems completion software and databases.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication regarding turnover priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
