Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, supply chain or engineering
- 10 years of supply chain experience, preferably in drilling and completions
- SAP and supply chain system experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations with deep expertise in category management and strategic sourcing
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3 - 5 year category strategies aligned with Wells business objectives, operational requirements, drilling programs, and completions schedules
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end category supply chain – including forecasting, planning, inventory, logistics and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery, reduce cost and risk and maintain continuity of supply
- Oversee end-to-end RFx execution aligned to category strategies by guiding commercial approaches, negotiation strategies, and evaluation criteria, and partnering with Contracts Advisors and MSP to execute sourcing events and contract formation
- Accountable for delivering cost savings and value targets across the category by translating strategies into executable deal structures and sourcing outcomes and leading cost reduction and value optimization initiatives
