About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Lead with a strong background in implementing Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, particularly within the Life Sciences, Biotech, or Diagnostics industries. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, and Cost Management. This role requires a proven ability to lead end-to-end SCM workstreams, engage with client stakeholders, and translate business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion configurations. A solid understanding of GxP requirements, including validation processes and regulatory compliance, is essential.

Requirements

• 0-6+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM implementation experience.
• Deep functional expertise in Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, and Cost Management.
• Proven experience delivering Oracle SCM solutions within Life Sciences, Biotech, or Diagnostics environments.
• Strong understanding of GxP requirements, including CSV/IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance as they relate to SCM configurations.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with lot/serial number traceability, quality holds, and regulated inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SCM workstreams, from fit-gap analysis and process design through UAT and go-live support.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders.
• Document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion configurations.
