Systems Business Analyst - Supply Chain Co-Op 2026
About The Position
The Student Program at Nexteer Automotive offers high potential students meaningful opportunities to apply classroom learning in a professional environment while gaining hands on experience and valuable industry exposure. This student role within the Global Supply Management (GSM – Purchasing) Systems team is to help support ongoing digitalization initiatives including application testing, report generation, end user support and user training. The student would be expected to be able to interface directly with the end users such as buyers, Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE’s), and corporate quality on application support issues and reporting needs. Additionally, the student will participate in application unit testing and quality assurance testing. Typical carrier paths these activities support: Application developer, System administrator and Business Analyst.
Requirements
- Candidate must be attending a 2-year college or 4-year university local to Auburn Hills
- Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelors in Business or IT
- Must have cumulative 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale
- Must be a full-time student (12 or more credits) during Fall and Winter semesters
- Candidate must have right to work in the US and not require current or future sponsorship

Responsibilities
- Assist supervisor / team in any administrative work.
- Work directly with end users to resolve application support requests.
- Create and update application documentation.
- Develop / compile monthly reports in excel, PowerBI and other applications.
- Participate in application unit testing and quality assurance testing.
