About The Position

This role requires advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities in Systems Architecture. The Systems Architect will be responsible for infrastructure and solution design, leading technical staff, and managing business-critical operations. The position involves working on complex projects requiring in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas, mentoring technical supervisors and support engineers, and providing cost-benefit analysis for technology roadmaps. The role also requires coordinating multiple project teams to meet overall objectives and researching, planning, and developing technology roadmaps. Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and negotiation skills are essential.

Requirements

• Advanced Systems Architect Experience
• Years of Infrastructure and Solution design experience
• Years of expert/lead technical experience
• Proven experience as a technical manager, leading technical staff through business-critical operations.
• Experience working on projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas.
• Experience mentoring technical supervisor and support engineers.
• Experience with providing cost and benefit analysis on technology roadmaps.
• Ability to coordinate numerous project teams and effectively conduct the initiative to meet overall objectives.
• Proven experience in researching, planning, and developing technology road maps.
• Communication and collaborative skills
