About The Position

The Role and Impact: As a Systems and Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in: PLC Workflow and Strategy: Research, define, and document product lifecycle workflows; support development and maintenance of Product Lifecycle management solutions aligned to strategic goals. Requirements and Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer needs; translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Solution Design and Architecture: Contribute to conceptual design of systems/components with focus on usability, reliability, maintainability, data quality, and cost efficiency. Execution Workflow and Delivery: Support design and development workflows for processor platforms, ensuring smooth execution across product lifecycle stages. Risk and Change Management: Perform risk analysis, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and implement mitigation and change management plans to improve execution. Program Planning and Execution: Assist in planning schedules, timelines, resources, and dependencies using standard program management practices. Design Review and Systems Engineering: Participate in design reviews, leverage systems engineering tools, and ensure consistent evaluation of design quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Identify efficiency improvements in workflows and contribute to shaping future product solutions through design and technology inputs. Stakeholder Management and Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong collaboration, ownership, and results-oriented execution across teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineer, Systems Engineering or Similar technical STEM degree
  • 3+ years of experience with validation processes
  • 3+ years of experience with Process definition, milestones and workflow for Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and product development lifecycles (PLC)
  • 3+ years of experience with 1 or more of the following: Requirements, Test content, Bug management, Database Schema/ Data model management, (e.g., Jira)
  • 2+ years of experience with each of the following: Formal test management, execution, validation experience in a hardware, firmware, software, or systems.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience with any of the following: Database management of requirements, tests, defects. Experience with requirements engineering databases Technical design or development of tool-based solutions or methodology Excel macros, business intelligence/reporting methods, database content management and traceability.
  • 1+ years of experience Leading workgroups or projects that involve project definition (architecture) and/or execution (development, integration, validation, debug)
