About The Position

This role focuses on Revenue Operations and Systems Support, where you will maintain the platforms that power our sales and marketing teams. Your day-to-day tasks will involve updating workflows, tags, triggers, and custom fields based on leadership needs. You will be responsible for investigating and fixing issues when automations fail, integrations break, or data stops flowing between systems. Additionally, you will support lead routing, pipeline management, and scheduling integrations tied to the sales process. A significant part of this job involves keeping workflow automations healthy using tools like Zapier and n8n to connect various systems. You will also handle technical onboarding and offboarding by setting up and revoking access to accounts and platforms, and provide event operations support, including setting up tracking fields, integrating opt-ins, building checkout automations, and handling attribution. Furthermore, you will act as the first point of contact for technical issues, assist in implementing IT policies and security practices, manage software licenses and access controls, and provide general operational support for ad hoc requests across the company.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, operations, RevOps, or similar.
  • Internships, freelance work, and project-based experience count.
  • Programming or scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar (personal projects, bootcamp work, or coursework count).
  • Experience using AI tools to automate tasks, clean data, or improve processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n), marketing automation systems, or scheduling software.
  • Background in access management, employee provisioning, or basic IT administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • High learning agility.
  • High degree of persistence and a "hunter" mentality.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain platforms that power sales and marketing teams.

  • Handle attribution by creating sales opportunities and updating system settings after events.
  • Provide IT support to the team for technical issues.

  • Manage software licenses and access controls.
  • Maintain an inventory of tools and user access.
  • Handle ad hoc operational requests from across the company.
  • Escalate issues outside of your scope to the appropriate teams.
