This dynamic position plays an important role in helping ETS accomplish our mission! Serves as the subject matter expert on public benefits, supporting REACH staff by providing guidance, training, and problem-solving to help clients enroll in and maintain access to entitlements; may also provide direct client assistance and field-based support to individuals navigating complex benefits systems. Collaborates with community partners to strengthen benefits access, identifies systemic barriers impacting people experiencing homelessness, and advocates for policy and process improvements that reduce inequities and expand access to essential resources.
